About ACA Sports Limited

Founded in 1999 by Alistair Cameron, ACA Sports had one main aim - to offer true sportspersons a range of sports specific products which had performance and quality in mind, leaving the fashion and leisure markets behind.

Beginning in humble surroundings within Fife Ice Arena, ACA Sports soon moved to its current High Street premises which have grown with the business to make sure we can continue to offer both website and local customers the latest products and the most up to date information available. As a result of this continued growth, ACA Sports Limited was awarded the ecommerce Business of the Year in 2006 by Scottish Enterprise, beating competition from across the country, and across many markets.

Since then, ACA Sports has grown from strength to strength, becoming one of the major forces in the online sports market, whilst continuing to offer our local customers the range of products and service that have been the base of the business.

We know how annoying it is to buy something, only to find it cheaper somewhere else! So, if you find a find a product on www.acasports.co.uk cheaper on another website, we will match that price, on every range so you always get the best deal!

How does it work?

Once you order from us, you have 7 days to find the product cheaper elsewhere (including shipping charges) and let us know. If we can verify the price, we will refund you the difference to match that price!

Why do I have to order first?

Prices on most website change on a daily basis, so the only way we can be sure to match prices is to work our scheme on a refund basis, we just don’t have enough bodies to check and change prices minute by minute.

We try to be priced as best we can, but on the occasions we are beaten, we want to make sure you are confident you will get the best deal here, even after you have ordered.

Are there any prices you wont match?

We won’t match prices found on any auction site, or for used goods, or price match items that are in a Sale. After that, if you find a better standard price, on a legitimate retail website, we will offer you a refund to match their price.

So how do I claim a refund on a price match?

You can either email us at info@acasports.co.uk and show us the website where you‘ve found a better price or find out if we will honour a price. Or, you can call our sales team on 01592 561 017 and find out straight from the horse mouth (just don’t call them horses please).
