AOL Email Problems
Some of our customers have found that our email can be blocked by AOL's E-mail service. This can often be resolved by modifying your account settings. Instructions on how to do so are given below.
AOL allow users to limit exactly from whom email is received, so it is important that customers of ACA Sports using an AOL email do not block email from our address info@acasports.co.uk
AOL Email Control Settings:
- Log on to your email account at http://email.aol.co.uk.
- Click the button marked 'Settings'.
- Click the 'Spam Controls' link.
- Click the button labelled 'Control Who I Get Email From'.
- Choose one of the following six options: * Allow email from all senders.
- Save your settings.
- choose an action from the 'Blocked email should be:'.
- Save your settings.
* Allow email only from AOL members.
* Allow email only from people I know: (people listed in your AOL Buddy ListŪ or address book)
* Allow email only from senders on my Custom Sender List.
* Block email from all senders on my Custom Sender List.
* Block email from all senders.
