Q: Do I need an account to order from you?
A: Yes, but this is quickly created as you place your order, and compiles only the information we need to process your order. And don't worry, this does not mean we save any payment information, and we will never pass on any of your details or information. The benefit of creating an account when you order is that if you order again, we already have your address details to speed up the order process. In the future, we will be offering competitions and offers to existing customers, giving you a Thank You for your loyalty.
Q: Is ordering online with you secure?
A: Absolutely Yes! We take great care to ensure we offer all of your details and payments the best internet security possible. We use SagePay and Paypal payment gateways as they are both industry leading companies in secure payment handling, and protect our order system with SSL encryption, another industry standard. We have also joined the McAfee Secure Scheme, which tests our website for any vulnerabilities every single day!
Q: Can I track my orders?
A: Yes, all orders where FedEx has been chosen as the shipping type can be tracked throughout their transit. All orders totalling more than 1kg in weight will be snet by FedEx by default, but you can upgrade any order to Fed Ex shipping in the UK and Rest of the World. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you everything you need to track it by E-Mail.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: This depends entirely on the products you have ordered. On each product page we state an Estimated Delivery Time, which should be used as a guide, but is normally very accurate. Any item stated as being In-Stock for Immediate Delivery can usually be processed and dispatched within 24 hours, during the working week, for next day delivery. It is often the case that order placed before 12.00pm are sent the same day, Monday through Friday.
Q: Do you stock everything on your website?
A: Not everything. With so many of the items we sell being large or heavy goods, high value items, or part of large team kit collections, we often order these from their manufacturer to fulfil orders. We do stock large amounts of goods for all of the sports we cater for, and as above, state whether or not an item is in-stock as part of our Estimated Delivery Times. If you do order an item that is not part of our stock, we will keep you regularly updated with news from our suppliers.
Q: Can I return my orders?
A: All UK orders can be returned for a refund or exchange providing we have been informed withing 7 days of receipt of the goods. Retunred items must be in their original packaging and condition unless the return is due to a fault. Overseas orders can only be refunded, but please note, we will not pay any shipping charges and/or shipping tax so please check before you send! It is also advised that you send any items back via a recorded delivery service to ensure it reaches us securely.
Q: If I order a Pre-Order product, will it come on the day of release?
A: Once a product has reached us, we will then ship it in accordance with the manufacturer's wishes. In most cases, yes, this will mean you will receive the item on its release day, but some manufacturers are more stringent and will not allow it to be shipped until release dates. If a manufacturer delays a release, we will of course contact you to make sure you are kept up to date.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We offer a range of payment methods to make sure you can place your order in the way that suits you best! We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, Cheques, Paypal, Purchase Orders and Bacs money transfers. We also let you buy online and pick up your order from our High Street Shop! It's also worth noting that when you pay via a Credit/Debit card, your payment is taken immediately.
Q: Can I, and how do I, cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and any necessary instructions. We will then refund your payment, if applicable, and confirm the order has been cancelled via E-Mail.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: As long as the order has not reached our dispatch and packaging team, we can help to make any amendments you require. If you find yourself in this position, please call our sales team on (+44) 01592 561 017 to make sure we handle your request immediately. If you e-mail, we might not get there in enough time to stop the order going out.
Q: Can I send a personalised product back?
A: Unless we have made an error, we cannot accept the return of personalised goods. Please make sure you double check any instructions to personalise an item, and use our sizing guides to ensure your order is in the size your need.
Q: I'm looking for a particular size, but it isn't showing on your website, do you have it?
A: No. Only the sizes that we have in stock, or available to us through our suppliers, are shown on our website.
Q: You have something I'd like in your sale, but don't have my size, will you be getting them in again?
A: No. The items you see in the sale are the only ones available as, in most cases, we have decided to remove the product from our range or have replaced it with a newer/improved model.
