Please use the below as a guide to our shipping and returns procedures and prices, this is up to date and should hopefully help with as many queries as possible.

Shipping Charges - Great Britain and Northern Ireland

	Orders under £40 value will be shipped by Royal Mail at: £2.95 for orders under £25 and, £4.50 for orders of £25 and over.
	Orders of £40 and over will be shipped by City Link Track And Trace at £4.50. Optionally, if your order is under £40, you can choose to use the City Link Track And Trace service at £4.95.
	Saturday Delivery via the City Link Track And Trace service is £13.95.

Track and Trace

City Link's Track and Trace service allows you to track the progress of the shipping of your order once it has been dispatched. We provide you with access to the Track and Trace service via your account at ACA Sports and guarantee delivery with this shipping method.

Shipping to Europe and Rest of the World incl. Channel island and Isle of Man

ACA ship outside of the UK using the services provided by City Link and its partners where available.

Below is a list of our shipping zones and the countries that are deemed to be within each zone. Courier delivery is available in most countries, but if you cannot find your country listed within any of the zones below, it will be classed as being part of the Rest of the World shipping zone.

For low value orders (less than £50) you can choose to send the item via standard international mail.

The following table shows which delivery areas are trackable through City Link's Track and Trace service. To enable track and trace in one of these countries, you MUST select City Link as your delivery method.

No Quibbles Return Policy

At ACA Sports we operate a "No Quibbles" return policy within 28 days of receipt. This means that if you aren't happy with your order whether it be the size doesn't fit or that it is simply not what you were expecting upon placing your order we will accept it back for a refund on the product or an exchange (exchanged item(s) are sent out free of charge), however you wish.

Simply return the unused item(s) in the condition that you received it in along with details of your name, address, contact telephone number, order number and details of what the problem with the item(s) is and what you would like us to do and we will sort it out for you.

Please note that this policy covers only items not used or damaged and also does not include personalised items such as football shirts or goalkeeper gloves where printing or embroidery has been added. ACA Sports also reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on any item(s) due to hygiene reasons.

Goods Not Recieved

If you choose standard shipping via Royal Mail, we cannot offer a guarantee on delivery, and take no responsibility for missing parcels. We would always therefore suggest you choose City Link if you are at all worried about not receiving your goods.

If you have chosen Royal Mail shipping, for delivery to a UK address, and have not received your order, please wait 15 working days before contacting us, at which point we can contact Royal Mail to report the failed delivery, and request a refund on lost goods. This process can take up to 30 days, and we, ACA Sports Limited, will only refund or exchange goods for a customer if Royal Mail uphold our claim. If it is Royal Mail's decision not to uphold our claim, we will not offer the customer a refund or exchange of goods.

If your order was sent through Royal Mail International Mail, please wait 25 working days before contacting us in regards to a failed delivery, at which point we an again process a claim for lost goods.

Returns/Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with an item sent or it is faulty, please contact us on 01592 561017 (UK) or +44 1592 561017 (Overseas) or email info@acasports.co.uk and we will discuss the return or replacement of the item.

International returns can be returned but only for a refund, we will not replace goods returned. We will not pay customs charges on returns.

Stock Levels

We try to keep all stock levels up to date, and display expected delivery times as guides only. In most cases ACA Sports will ship an item within or before the estimates given for a product, but occasions do arise where this is not the case, in these occasional instances we will notify the customer and attempt to keep them up do date with the order at all times.

Please be aware that for items that have been ordered in, team kit and training wear in particular, we rely on the suppliers for speedy delivery and can only process these orders as quickly as they can. Again though, ACA Sports will do as much as we can to ensure your order is processed within the times given.
