The Adidas Predator X design.
The new Adidas Predator X XTRX SG features refined Predator engineering, with a large Predator Vamp on the upper instead, instead of fins running down the side of the boot. Along with this, the tongue has been reduced to a low profile design to increase the contact area on the instep.
Gone is the weighted insole, in favour of a new Powerspine desgin. New to the Adidas Predator X, the Powerspine is like the a goalkeper glove spine, in that it will only bend with the foot, and stop any over-extension which can cause injury.
The new Adidas Predator X Leather.
This is the first Adidas Predator which features new Taurus leather, taken from Bulls. Soft and light, the leather is very hard wearing and best of all it's highly water resistant.
Other new features on the Adidas Predator X XTRX SG include a six stud sole with round tipped hybrid studs. This new sole design offers more players the best of both worlds between traditional studs and the huge benefits of the XTRX SG system.
