Shipping & Returns

Please use the below as a guide to our shipping and returns procedures and prices, this is up to date and should hopefully help with as many queries as possible.

Shipping Charges for Great Britain and Northern Ireland


Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. All products are set an approximate weight, and the total weight is calculated in the shopping cart to determine the shipping charge. Prices for UK delivery services are as follows:

Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class (2-3 days):

  • £1.95 for orders weighing up to 250g
  • £2.95 for orders weighing between 251g and 500g
  • £3.95 for orders weighing between 501g and 1kg

Royal Mail Recorded (1-2 days):

  • £4.95 for orders weighing up to 5kg

Fed Ex (Next Day):

  • £6.95 for orders weighing up to 15kg
  • £7.95 for orders weighing more than 15kg

Fed Ex (Saturday):

  • £15.95 for all orders

Order Tracking

When you select one of our Tracked delivery services, we will email you details of the tracking number and a link to the relevant tracking page. These are typically updated at each stage of the delivery process until you have your order.

Shipping to Europe and Rest of the World incl. Channel island and Isle of Man

ACA ship outside of the UK using either Royal Mail International or Fed Ex.

Below is a list of our shipping zones and the countries that are deemed to be within each zone, along with the relevant charges. Courier delivery is available in most countries, but if you cannot find your country listed within any of the zones below, it will be classed as being part of the Rest of the World (Non-Track) shipping zone.

Fed Ex International Shipping Prices

For orders to Europe, USA & Canada and Autralia & New Zealand, we offer both the Fed Ex International Tracked delivery service. Unfortunately we cannot offer this tracked delivery to all countries, but are adding more regularly to offer it to as many customers as possible. For prices when ordering with Fed Ex shipping, please see the table below:

No Quibbles Return Policy

At ACA Sports we operate a "No Quibbles" return policy within 7 days of receipt of your order. This means that if you aren't happy with your order for any reason, whether it be the size doesn't fit or that it is simply not what you were expecting upon placing your order, we will accept it back for a refund on the product or an exchange (exchanged item(s) are sent out free of charge) providing you have notified us within 7 days of receipt of your order and the goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging.

Simply return the unused item(s) in the condition that you received it in, along with details of your name, address, contact telephone number, order number and details of what the problem with the item(s) is and what you would like us to do and we will sort it out for you.

Please note that this policy does not cover items that have been used or items that are damaged in any way. Also, this does not include personalised items such as football shirts or goalkeeper gloves where printing or embroidery has been added. ACA Sports also reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on any item(s) due to hygiene reasons.

Goods Not Received

If you choose standard shipping via Royal Mail, we cannot offer a guarantee on delivery, and take no responsibility for missing parcels. We would always therefore suggest you choose City Link if you are at all worried about not receiving your goods.

If you have chosen Royal Mail shipping, and have not received your order, please wait 25 days before contacting us, at which point we can only help you in contacting Royal Mail to report the failed delivery. Again though, we offer no refunds or replacement goods for orders which are lost through Royal Mail, so please consider using City Link as all orders can be tracked and are insured.

Returns/Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with an item sent or it is faulty, please contact us on 01592 561017 (UK) or +44 1592 561017 (Overseas) or email info@acasports.co.uk and we will discuss the return or replacement of the item.

International returns can be returned but only for a refund, we will not replace goods returned. We will not pay customs charges on returns.

Stock Levels

We try to keep all stock levels up to date, and display expected delivery times as guides only. In most cases ACA Sports will ship an item within or before the estimates given for a product, but occasions do arise where this is not the case, in these occasional instances we will notify the customer and attempt to keep them up do date with the order at all times.

Please be aware that for items that have been ordered in, team kit and training wear in particular, we rely on the suppliers for speedy delivery and can only process these orders as quickly as they can. Again though, ACA Sports will do as much as we can to ensure your order is processed within the times given.
