ACA Conditions of SaleUpon ordering, please be aware that Credit/Debit card payments, and Paypal payments are taken immediately. Payment, and indeed the order, is then subject to scrutiny by either our Credit/Debit card security system SagePay, or by our ACA Sports staff. We reserve the right to cancel any order if problems or issues arise at this stage of an order. Customers will be notified in any such case.
Personalisation GuidelinesEach order for a personalised shirt, football boots, or any other item of stock are done to order, and as such are non-refundable or exchangeable. The only time in which such an order would be considered for either exchange or refund would be if the order for was incorrectly completed by ACA Sports.
Please then, be sure of the sizes you require and make sure the print details given are correct and leave no room for error.
Due to the nature of shirt printing, ACA Sports cannot replace or refund any goods as a result of prints becoming worn or loose. We use professional grade materials, exactly as are used for Professional club prints, which are not designed to last longer than a game or two. In order to prolong the life of your prints to match that of the garment, please adhere to the guidelines below.
- Gently hand wash items in warm water.
- Never Iron the product
- Never tumble dry the product
- Never dry clean.
Incorrectly sized ordersACA Sports rely on customers to order the correct size. If we have supplied the correct size, we will then accept no charges involved in exchanging an item. Please contact ACA Sports on 01592 561 017, or e-mail : firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Problems with completing orderIf we encounter a problem in relation to your order, we will call or e-mail you to notify you, and will attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If an e-mail is sent, or voice mail left, we will leave the order on hold for 48 hours only. If no reply is received, we will pass the order on for cancellation and refund of any payments made.
Damaged/Incorrect Goods ReceivedPlease call our customer services within 5 days of receipt of your order if there are issues with the products you have received. The item must be returned within 28 days of receipt in the condition in which it was received. We will then inspect the item before issuing any exchange of goods or return of payment. All original labels and packaging must be intact and present. If a fault is found, an exchange will be issued and a postage charge refunded.
Overseas returns must be sent via regular post only with no commercial value attached, if this is not the case the package will be rejected. We will only accept returns for a refund. We will not exchange goods from overseas orders. Only the original carriage charge will be refunded.

Faulty GoodsEvery effort is made to ensure the goods bought from ACA Sports are of excellent manufacturing quality. Should there be any issues regarding the quality of a product, or the product has become faulty, ACA Sports reserves the right to return the goods to their manufacturer for inspection before any action will be taken. This can take up to 2 weeks.
EU OrdersBusiness customers in the European Union, who are registered in an EU member state to collect IVA or VAT, may request to have the VAT on their purchases returned to them. In order to do this, the customer must supply the IVA/VAT registration number for their business, which must then pass a number of security checks. On successful completion of these checks, the VAT paid on the order by the business will be refunded. The registration number must be supplied with each order and be checked, even if the customer has reclaimed VAT from ACA Sports Ltd previously.
The above paragraph does not apply to business customers in the UK who are registered for UK VAT, as they will reclaim the VAT paid through their normal VAT returns.
