To email, please send your email with a subject to firstname.lastname@example.org, ensuring you give us as much information as possible, e.g. order number, product titles, you full name and address where applicable. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, however, during busy periods such as Christmas or at the start of the football season when we are at our busiest this may take 48-72 hours.
If you wish to make a complaint, please do so by phone, email or mail. If you choose email or mail, please provide as much information as possible about the complaint so that we can review it thoroughly. In all cases, our management will review your complaint and will get in touch to discuss it with you in as quickly a fashion as possible.
