Our Delivery Options

We offer three main services within the UK from Royal Mail and DPD, as well as the ability to pickup items in store for those who don't have far to drive!

Shipping and Availability.

IMPORTANT, when choosing your shipping method, do take note of the availability of the product you are ordering. E.g. If a product estimated it will be dispatched within 4-7 working days, and you can find these messages above the buy button, choosing Express Shipping won't mean it will arrive next day, it will still take 4-7 working days before it is in the hands of our courier.

Standard Shipping - £3.50 to Free

Our standard UK delivery service is provided by Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service which once we ship an item, usually takes 48-72 hours. Charged £3.50 on orders under £25 and £4.50 for order under £75 and FREE when you spend £75 and above. If the occasion requires, such as when an an order is too large or heavy, we may upgrade shipping free of charge to a courier service if Royal Mail cannot accept the parcel. Customers will be notified and provided with tracking information if this is the case.

Standard 48-72 Hour (Tracked) - £4.95

This option adds delivery confirmation tracking to each parcel sent using the standard 48-72 hours speed of service for added security and peace of mind. With this service we don't send you a tracking number but it can be tracked by us if a problem arises.

Express 24 Hour - £6.95

Our Express 24 Hour service will choose the most appropriate DPD or Royal Mail service with full tracking and insurance included and will be delivered within 24 hours of being handed to our courier. Again, please note this delivery time is from the point of it being shipped from our warehouse. If you have ordered items which have longer delivery estimates on the products page e.g. 4-7 Working Days please be aware these estimates will still hold true

Saturday Service - £9.95

This service will only deliver on a Saturday by courier. If you have ordered an in stock item then it will be delivered the following Saturday providing you have ordered by 12pm on Friday before. If your items have a longer delivery estimate, then you order will be delivered on the first available Saturday once ready for dispatch.

Collect In Store - Free

If you are local you can order online and pickup at no extra charge. Once your order is ready, we will notify by email/telephone/text.


Delivery Times/Stock Levels

We operate with in-stock items and items we order when customers place an order. In all product pages we will tell you whether an item is in-stock or if it will take a few extra days, depending on the usual delivery times we can expect from suppliers.

Whats In-Stock

All footwear, football replicas, shin guards, goalkeeper gloves and like items are always in-stock. If these are on our website and the product page has an “in-stock” availability, then we can ship them immediately.

The types of items we can’t stock include team kit items and “training wear” items which usually have a delivery time of X days. All of these items will have an estimated delivery on the product page which we and our suppliers strive to meet, however, if there are issues in transit or stock at our suppliers, we will inform you immediately with an updated delivery estimate.

Why aren’t some range in stock?

This will more often than not be a team sales item such as team kit, training wear or large training equipment item. In this case, suppliers such as Adidas, Nike, Precision for example, hold stock and supply us with our daily orders for the simple reason that there is simply too much on offer for one store to stock.

This process lets us offer you the chance to completely customise your order and pass on savings we make by not having to keep thousands of items in every style, colour and size available in bulk order quantities.


So when will my goods be delivered

In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. The delivery times we offer on our non-stock items are usually accurate and reliable, however, on occasions when a supplier lets us know there will be a delay of any length, we will get back to you with up to date and accurate information and do everything we can to get you your order as soon as possible.
