Christmas Delivery Information

To ensure you receive your items in time for Christmas, we suggest ordering by the following dates and selecting DPD Delivery:

In-Stock Items: Any products with "Availability: In Stock:" listed in the buy box should be ordered no later than 22nd December, providing you select DPD Delivery. Royal Mail orders should be placed no later than 19th December.

Items with shipping estimates, e.g. "Availability: Estimated Dispatch 4-7 Working Days", should be placed by 13th December. This adds some time to allow for suppliers to ship to us and us to you, after this date we can't guarantee delivery for Christmas.

Our Delivery Options

We offer two main services within the UK from Royal Mail and DPD, as well as the ability to pickup items in store for those who don't have far to drive!

Royal UK Delivery - £2.95 to £4.95

Our standard UK delivery service is provided by Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service, with prices based on order value, £2.95 covers orders below £30 and £4.95 covers orders orders above £30 and below £75 where Royal Mail is no longer offered in favour of FREE DPD delivery. This shipping should take between 3 and 5 days normally

DPD UK Delivery - £6.95 - FREE

Our courier DPD offers Next Day Delivery throughout the UK at a flat rate of £6.95 for orders below £75 and FREE for orders above. All shipments, once dispatched from our warehouse, will be delivered the following day, with tracking information sent via email and text when a mobile number has been supplied.

Collect In Store - Free

If you are local you can order online and pickup at no extra charge. Once your order is ready, we will notify by email/telephone/text.

Delivery Times/Stock Levels

We operate with in-stock items and items we order when customers place an order. In all product pages we will tell you whether an item is in-stock or if it will take a few extra days, depending on the usual delivery times we can expect from suppliers.

Whats In-Stock

All footwear, football replicas, shin guards, goalkeeper gloves and like items are always in-stock. If these are on our website and the product page has an “in-stock” availability, then we can ship them immediately.

The types of items we can’t stock include team kit items and “training wear” items which usually have a delivery time of X days. All of these items will have an estimated delivery on the product page which we and our suppliers strive to meet, however, if there are issues in transit or stock at our suppliers, we will inform you immediately with an updated delivery estimate.

Why aren’t some range in stock?

This will more often than not be a team sales item such as team kit, training wear or large training equipment item. In this case, suppliers such as Adidas, Nike, Precision for example, hold stock and supply us with our daily orders for the simple reason that there is simply too much on offer for one store to stock.

This process lets us offer you the chance to completely customise your order and pass on savings we make by not having to keep thousands of items in every style, colour and size available in bulk order quantities.

So when will my goods be delivered

In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. The delivery times we offer on our non-stock items are usually accurate and reliable, however, on occasions when a supplier lets us know there will be a delay of any length, we will get back to you with up to date and accurate information and do everything we can to get you your order as soon as possible.
